Responsibilities
To work as a Business Process Analyst in the Continuous Improvement Optimization (CI&O) Team of a large insurance company
Drive Business process improvement and continuous improvement across various business areas and departments
Establish Current state process maps in detail
Work with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and come up with improvement recommendations that will result in efficiency enchantments and productivity gains
Establish future state / target state process and mapping
Crate Standard Operating Procedures and Work instructions and facilitate process training for people
Skills
Process Engineering / Continuous Improvement consulting skills
Business Process mapping and Workflow creation knowledge
Business process / work flow documentation knowledge
Training skills and experience
Exposure / training / experience in Lean, Six Sigma , Agile etc. could be a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in working a Lean / Lean Six Sigma project or work environment Preferred
Hands on knowledge on MS Visio will be a plus
Exposure to Continuous Improvement and Organizational Change management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 4-5 years experience.
Certification in Lean / Lean Six Sigma preferred
